have happily created magic together since 2015.

We're a partnership that's passionate about delivering incredible designs and business strategies to our clients. We exhibit and sell artwork in a variety of mediums, including but not limited to, painting, drawing, sculpture, book illustration, ghostwriting, photography, and video.
Rudyard & Reid offers a diverse range of merchandise and artworks to the public, alongside public murals and marketing strategies for small businesses and nonprofits. Both artists won the San Diego Public Planning Award for developing a community safety plan with a 300ft cultural mural, instantly impacting pedestrian safety upon completion in 2019. Last year, Rudyard & Reid's mural work was featured internationally across Telemundo & ABC/NBC News; which brought record profit for their client and deepened community ties to our brand. This year Rudyard & Reid are focusing on their art boutique and working with local businesses brokering merchandise, with plans to return to gallery exhibitions by the end of the year. Our long term goal is to collaborate with emerging, mid-career, and established artists to provide a new online venue where collectors can find untapped talent by next year and move into non-profit initiatives featuring graffiti conservation. Please enjoy our boutique and contact us if you'd like to commission your own art adventure with us!

Frequently Asked Questions

You ask and we Answer!
1
How long have you known each other?

Ten years ago we met in the back of an alley while Rudyard was working on a mural; I stopped by to pick his brain about art and three hours later we realized it was a complete joy to bounce ideas off each other. We've been nonstop ever since!

2
What is it like collaborating together?

Some days it's drinking warm tea together, other days it's instant electricity. Depending on the mood we may zap one another too.

3
How would you describe each other's art style?

The perfect counterbalance to our own skills. We're able to push one another to consider new techniques, mediums, or perspectives in our art. It's rare to find someone ready to meet the craziest idea with yet another wild idea and we appreciate this quality in each other every day!

4
What about marriage?

Absolutely not! We both feel obligation does not mesh with creativity. Our best art is not created within comfort zones.
